Each posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments and joints needed for improved health, energy and vitality. Designed in a specific order, the Bikram method stimulates the organs, glands and nerves moving freshly oxygenated blood to 100% of the body.
The 90-minute program is practiced in a heated room designed to warm your muscles and reduce the potential for injury. The heat also improves flexibility providing for a deeper workout and helps cleanse toxins from the body.
