For FIRST TIME STUDENTS, please arrive 30 minutes before class and must bring picture ID.
Please allow time to park, change and settle your mind before class.
Refrain from heavy meals 2-3 hours before class.
Drink plenty of water before class.
Water breaks are scheduled throughout class.
Wear light clothing.
Practice at least three (3) times per week for positive results.
Water (bottled water, coconut water, and Vitamin water) and mat rental ($5) are available. You may purchase a mat for $25.
Age requirements to practice is a minimum of 15 years of age and must be accompanied by parent/guardian at all times.
